1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Reflex Rush ("we", "us", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application. By using Reflex Rush, you agree to the practices described below. The full policy is at reflex-rush.pages.dev/privacy.html.
2. Information We Collect
Reflex Rush is designed to work without an account and to keep your gameplay data on your device. We may process the following:
- Gameplay data (on-device): high scores, combos, ranks, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
- Purchase data: in-app purchases (such as Remove Ads or cosmetic skins) are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of a transaction but never your payment card details.
- Advertising & analytics identifiers: if you consent, our advertising partners may collect device identifiers to serve and measure ads. You can decline tracking at any time.
- Diagnostics: aggregated, anonymized crash and performance data may be collected to improve stability.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain core gameplay and save your progress on your device.
- To process and restore in-app purchases through Apple.
- To display advertising and, where you consent, personalized ads.
- To diagnose crashes and improve app performance and quality.
4. Advertising & Tracking
Reflex Rush may show ads provided by third-party networks. With your permission (requested via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), these partners may use identifiers to personalize and measure ads. Purchasing Remove Ads disables advertising entirely. You can change your tracking choice anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the app — namely Apple (payments) and our advertising and analytics partners — and only as needed for the purposes above or where required by law.
6. Data Retention
On-device data persists until you delete the app or clear its data. Any diagnostic or advertising data held by our partners is retained per their respective policies and applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
Reflex Rush is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because most data is stored only on your device, deleting the app removes that data. For any other request, contact us at the address below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
